4 pork chops
2 tbsp flour
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
¾ cup hot water
½ tsp pepper
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
3 beef bouillon cubes

Trim fat from pork chops.

Roll pork chops in flour and sear in a skillet.

Combine cheese, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture on pork chops and set the rest of the cheese mixture aside.

Cover pork chops with sliced onions and potatoes.

Sprinkle remaining cheese mixture over onions and potatoes.

Dissolve bouillon in hot water and pour over chops, potatoes, and onions.

Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes minutes or until tender.
