Preheat oven to 375°.
Soften yeast in water.
Add in remaining ingredients. Mix for 3 or more minutes.
If making pizza dough. Leave to rise until double in size. Transfer to larger bowl if needed before leaving to rise. Then transfer to greased pizza pan.
If making pizza sticks, roll out, cut into strips, transfer to greased sheet and allow to rise until double in size.
Bake for 15 Minutes 375°.
If making pizza, add favorite pizza toppings and back for additional 10-15 minutes at 375°.
