Cut flour into margarine and add nuts. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool well.
Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Then fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip, Spread over cooled crust.
Beat the two packages of pudding and the milk until stiff. Spread over layer in pan.
Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle roasted coconut and nuts on top.
Place in refrigerator chill and enjoy!
